Last time the national competition winner was from Knox Leisureworks – this time it could be YOU!
Get ready to burn fat, build muscle and accelerate your progress in achieving your fitness goals this summer.
The next exciting 6 Week Challenge (6WC) kicks off on February 17 2020, with registration commencing January 27.
This exciting challenge is designed to get you on track to achieving your health and fitness goals – whether that be to lose weight, build muscle or for an event. As a challenger, you'll work together with your own trainer to maximise the benefits of every workout, learn skills to maintain a healthy diet and work towards reaching your very own goals.
Challengers who achieve the best results will also go into the running to win a local prize pack and the chance to take home the national prize package – a whopping $1500 cash!
What's included in the 6 Week Challenge?
The Be Active 6 Week Challenge at Knox Leisureworks includes all the tools you'll need to burn those calories & stimulate muscle growth. The challenge includes:
- Your own My-Zone Belt (RRP $99) to track each workout & show you real-time training insights and results
- 1-on-1 Personal Training sessions each week to maximise your workout potential
- Access to your nutrition portal where you'll learn about dietary habits and meal suggestions
- Access to use the gym & group fitness classes to build and maintain your new exercise regime
- Exclusive Facebook community access to connect with others, share ideas and support one another
6 Week Challenge results will depend on what your goal is and how well you maintain your health & fitness routine. As an example of what kind of things can be achieved - look no further than Michael - the 2019 6 Week Challenge National Winner who with his trainer at Knox Leisureworks lost over 13kg and saw a huge transformation. When does it start and when will I need to train?
The challenge will officially kick off the week of February 17 and as a challenger, you'll start taking your first steps in the right direction together with your personal trainer. We understand people live a busy lifestyle - which is why you'll be able to work together with your trainer in a routine & timetable that suits you. As part of the challenge, you'll need to commit to at least 3 workouts per week - but don't worry as you'll also work with your trainer to help you plan these out.
How much does it cost?
The 6 Week Challenge has been designed to be extremely affordable - we want to make sure we're able to help as many people in the community kick start their health & fitness. The challenge features 8 easy direct debit payments of $49 - which means you'll spend more time in your workout rather than organising bulk cash payments.
When does registration start?
Registration to the 6 Week Challenge opens from Monday 27/1/20 - you'll be able to register either online or in-centre.
