Following the State Governments announcement of further restriction easing, you will notice changes in our facility including a little more freedom for you to settle back into the groove with us.  

These changes will begin from Monday 23rd November.

Getting back into fitness can be hard - but we are here to help you along the way!

Here are some tips to easing back into your fitness routine:

  • Join us in the gym or pool - book in for a pool, gym or group fitness session - need some extra help talk to us about a PT session!
  • Set your own pace - its not a race, you will need to ease back into your routine and get back to your pre-COVID fitness level
  • Check your nutrition - Let's put away the junk food and do a spring clean of your diet - small changes are a great start!
  • Set a goal - this doesn't have to be a long term goal or even anything over the top - it could be as simple as getting active twice a week! Smashing goals makes us feel great and boosts motivation! 

As we continue to ease back, we ask that you please remember to follow all safety and hygiene measures when visiting our centre.

Booking is essential to avoid disappointment as venue capacity restrictions still apply in line with Government guidelines. To book your sessions please click here 

OPERATING HOURS

  • Monday- Friday: 6.00am - 8.00pm
  • Saturday: 7.00am - 4.00pm
  • Sunday: 8.00am - 2.00pm

CHANGES IN CENTRE

Below are the changes you can expect in Centre as of Monday 23rd November.

HEALTH CLUB ACCESS
Up to 20 people are permitted to attend the Gym.

INDOOR 50m POOL
Up to 50 people are permitted to use the indoor pool. (Subject to pool availability)

GROUP FITNESS CLASSES (Land based)
Up to 20 people are permitted to attend land based group fitness classes.

WARM WATER POOL (Hydro Pool)
Up to 20 people are permitted to attend the Warm Water Pool. (Subject to pool availability)

Please remember bookings are essential to avoid disappointment.  

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING?

  • Please bring a full water bottle with you. Water fountains will only be accessible to refill water bottles - no bubbler access.β€―  

  • Each person will be required to bring 2 towels or a mat and a towel, one to use as a barrier and one to use for perspiration. 

REMEMBER:

Our team are working hard to ensure our Centre follows strict hygiene rules and a high standard of hygiene and cleaning. We ask that you do your bit too.

If you are feeling unwell or if you have come into contact in the proceeding 14 days with any confirmed cases of COVID-19 do not attend the Centre. 

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

🀧 If you have COVID-19 symptoms, even if mild, get tested

WEAR A MASK FOR YOU AND ME

Following Government regulations face masks must be worn by all visitors and staff in our Centre. For the safety of our staff and members, we are able to refuse entry to visitors not wearing a face mask (unless for a medical reason).

Your face mask or covering must be worn at all time except when in the pool, exercising or drinking. 

A face mask MUST be worn at all times unless you are exercising where you are out of breath or puffing (treadmills and cardio). A face mask must be worn when doing light exercise (weights, yoga, walking etc).

When exercising we ask that you please carry a face mask on you at all times - where practical, in the pool, we understand this cannot happen. But we ask you to please wear your face mask to the change rooms and in or out of the centre.

Please note: A face covering needs to cover both your nose & mouth and be either a cloth or surgical mask.

Even with a mask, please keep 1.5 metres distance between you and others.

WHO NEEDS TO WEAR A MASK?

  • All our staff who are not teaching or instructing 
  • All members/visitors over the age of 12 years, unless you have a medical condition or are exercising

When exercising, please carry a mask with you at all times, where practical.
