Knox HIT (High Intensity Training) is small group high intensity training sessions designed to assist in building strength and improving overall fitness. Burn fat and break through your barriers with our HIT sessions!
Its main focus is on functional training that is, working with the body movements we use in everyday life to improve speed, strength, power, balance, flexibility and agility.
Functional training leads to better joint mobility and stability as well as decreasing the potential for injury during athletic endeavours.

Perfect for first timer's looking to experience the world of mindfulness or for regulars that are eager to continue to enjoy the benefits of the program. This fantastic session is a chance to get along, put some time aside for yourself and experience mindfulness.
These fantastic sessions are run monthly (typically on every third Friday of the month).
