Move Group is a free community driven activity that provides an opportunity for all members of the Knox City community to start their day with morning movement. Whether you want to walk or run, the weekly event welcomes all abilities and ages and will warmly welcome our dog friends.

No matter the ability, progression, or experience we encourage you to run at your own pace!

No requirements to be a fast walker and no obligation to attend, just accountability for yourself. We do encourage you to book into the class via Active World in case of an emergency or cancellation we can follow procedure to contact you.

If you have a medical condition that we need to be aware of, we request that you advise our staff before the walk, to ensure that you have medication with you, and we are aware of your emergency contacts and medical action plan (if required).

The walk or run group is open to anybody from the Knox community, so feel free to bring your friends to join you. This is a free event; however, we do encourage you to book in via Active World.
