Aquatic Lockout Procedure

What is our lockout procedure at Knox Leisureworks?

Ensuring the safety and comfort of our members and visitors is our top priority. During peak periods, our facility will enact a lockout procedure to manage capacity effectively.

Lockout entails restricting entry to the pool or center when a predetermined maximum capacity is reached. This measure is in place for safety, allowing our lifeguards and staff to monitor all pool areas efficiently and prevent overcrowding, reducing the likelihood of incidents. Entry will resume as patrons leave Knox Leisureworks, following a one-in-one-out basis.

To keep everyone informed, the status will be displayed on signage at the entrance of the center and on our Facebook and Instagram pages.
