Group Exercise

Group Exercise classes are a fun and interactive way for you to achieve your health and wellness goals. Classes offer you a huge range of both land and aquatic group fitness sessions every week to suit your exercise needs and abilites. 

Accompanied by the hottest motivational music and cutting-edge exercise science to help you look and feel your best. We even offer Reformer Pilates exclusive to our Wellness Membership which you can learn more about here.

​​If you love being a part of a community our classes foster a safe and belonging environment that makes you feel welcome, excited and keeps you coming back for more. 

We also have a wide range of Active Adults classes particularly suited to older adults or those returning to exercise. These classes are low impact, designed for older adults and encompass a range of strength, cardio and flexibility exercises. 

If that weren't enough, we invite you to try our Small Group Functional Training sessions conducted on the gym floor. Categorized into Strength, Cardio & overall Function styles, there's a 30 min focused group work-out that suits every body! Book your spot today!

Please note that this year's reduced schedule begins December 23rd with regular scheduled classes resuming January 13th 2025. Please keep an eye on the schedule week-by-week. During this time Aqua is limited to 1 class per day, per person to accomodate as many patrons as possible.

Book your Group Exercise sessions via Active World

Are you looking to book for your next Group Exercise classes via your membership app Active World? Watch our quick demo video or follow the steps below:

  1. After downloading the Active World App and creating an account, login with your user details.
  2. Select Buy / Book from your Home Page.
  3. Select Book Session.
  4. Select Group Fitness from the activity options and click Select.
  5. Find your desired Group Fitness Class in listed options and click Book.
  6. Select a member to book the class for.
  7. Confirm your payment details, read the Terms and Conditions, and select Confirm Booking.

You will now be able to view your booked class in My Schedule, from where you can view class details or notify your absence. Now you’re ready to get active with us!
