Do you live, work or play in Knox and provide unpaid care for a family member who lives with a disability of mental illness?

Come along to a free carers exercise class at Knox Leisureworks Mondays & Wednesdays during school terms.

Classes are free for carers and beginners are welcome.

Move Group - 7AM Tuesdays

Move Group is a free community driven activity that provides an opportunity for all members of the Knox City community to start their day with morning movement. Whether you want to walk or run, the weekly event welcomes all abilities and ages and will warmly welcome our dog friends.
