Silent hour will be occurring every Saturday 6pm-7pm (on pool deck).

Silent Hour is aimed at supporting people who may feel overwhelmed during the busy periods of the day at our centre.

The hour has designated periods where sensory stimuli such as loud music, bright lights, and bustling activities are minimised to create a less stimulating environment. Evidence-based research shows its effectiveness in enhancing accessibility and comfort for individuals with sensory sensitivities.
 
During this time on a Saturday we are encouraging and enforcing behaviour on pool deck to be respectful and quiet, to be mindful of all people visiting the centre during this time for this reason.
